Hi, I’m Jay.

I'm a video producer based in Adelaide, and I've spent the last few years working with civil construction companies, earthmovers, contractors, and trade businesses across South Australia.

I built Project Milestone Capture because I kept seeing the same thing — businesses doing incredible work on site with nothing to show for it online. Not because they didn't care, but because they were too busy running the business to think about filming it.

I'm CASA certified for drone operations, experienced working on active construction sites, and I know how to get in, capture what matters, and get out without disrupting your day. You won't need to babysit me on site.

I do this because I genuinely believe the best tradespeople and contractors deserve to look as good online as the work they deliver in person.

  • Drone is included in every package. We're CASA certified drone operators (ReOC + RePL) so we handle all the compliance and safety requirements.

  • Yes. We're experienced working in high safety environments and follow all site protocols. We capture everything without disrupting your operations.

  • Absolutely. Before every shoot we map out exactly what to capture so we get the shots that matter most to your business.

  • 4K horizontal, 1080 horizontal, and 1080 vertical — ready for your website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and presentations.

  • Within 14 days of filming your organised content library will be ready to use.

  • Once delivered, it's yours to use however you like across your marketing. We reserve the right to use it in our own portfolio and marketing.

  • Yes — we cover Adelaide and regional SA as standard. Travel fees are charged when one way exceeds 45mins from Adelaide CBD. Interstate travel can be arranged for the right project.

  • Yes. You can book a single milestone capture or multiple visits at different stages of a larger project — site prep, framing, lock-up, fit-off, handover, and everything in between.
